Prasanna Autism Centre’s 26th Foundation Day Celebrations

Autism is a complex mental developmental disorder that is increasingly being observed, particularly in young children. Prasanna Autism Centre recently stepped into its 27th year, working to bring these children into the societal mainstream through necessary therapies like speech, occupational, remedial, and behavioral therapies.

A get-together was organized to mark this milestone. It was attended by notable figures including Sudhir Gogote (Director, Astimo fie), Dr. Kalyani Mandke, Dr. Aparna Kulkarni, Rotary Club representatives Rajesh Wadeker, Rohit Fadnis, Swati Yadav, and Dr. Kuber, along with parents, students, teachers, and well-wishers. During the event, attendees were welcomed by the organization’s Managing Director Sadhana Godbole, Trustee Sucheta Rajhans, and Sandhya Joshi. Sadhana Godbole expressed the vision to empower these students by providing pre-vocational training alongside regular education, helping them stand on their own feet.
